- Product is damaged or defective 

- the clothing does not fit (although we can do an exchange to give you the sizes you would like)

Once shipping label is bought and you would like a refund. Refund cannot be given until after order has been received. Return shipping rates are covered by us.

If product shows on tracking as delivered to the correct address and you cannot find your package. Due to company policy we will send you out another order because we cannot refund because of non definitive of whether package was delivered or not.
